By accessing or using Spacecheck.app (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Spacecheck.app provides tools for generating 3D models and AR visualisations from uploaded images and product data. Outputs are generated using automated systems and may not always be perfectly accurate.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
You retain ownership of content you upload. However, you grant Spacecheck.app a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to process, store, and transform your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service (including generating 3D and AR outputs).
Outputs are generated automatically and are provided for visualisation purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy, real-world measurements, or fitness for commercial use. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them.
Some features require paid subscriptions. Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of your billing period.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be affected by maintenance, outages, or third-party failures. We are not liable for downtime or data loss caused by external providers.
The Service depends on third-party providers including hosting, payment, and AI processing platforms. We are not responsible for their performance or policies.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any specific purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 3 months.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
You agree to indemnify and hold Spacecheck.app harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
